SOCOMECUPS sensors "deleted" after network shutdown and "updated" 9 hours later

Hello,

We have Observium Professional edition in my organisation.

We have a UPS monitored by observium which has the operating system "NetVision UPS 8.30".

Every time the observium server can't poll the UPS (because of a network outage), I see in the Event Logs that it deletes its health sensors and update them back after more or less 9 hours, even if observium re-discovers the UPS 15 minutes after losing it.

I have checked in the logs of the server and of the UPS but I can't explain this behavior.

Do you have an idea ? I can provide data next week if needed.
