Description

Made some improvements for DRACs using the IDRAC-MIB-SMIv2 MIB.

In additional to some new sensor and status checks, I moved some into definitions, so therefor idrac-mib-smiv2.inc.php file is deleted (I actually found the voltage part never worked)

There is quite a lot of redundant code between the IDRAC-MIB-SMIv2 and MIB-Dell-10892 definitions. Mostly the difference is MIB name and OIDs - has there been any thoughts on improvement to this? Although I guess these two mibs may be a special case...
