Further follow-up to OBS-5196 and OBS-5202

OBS-5196 and OBS-5202 were resolved perfectly. I have multiple models of devices from this company, and both the Unison and Sonoma models were discovered, poll, and show up well on their device pages. 

My third Endrun device, however, a TempusLX , is not populating any device performance information (which shows up on the unison and sonoma pages under "counter" and "status indicators". I suspect it has to do differences between GPS vs CDMA models for these devices, but not sure. I have attached the relevant snmpwalk as well as the debug discovery & poller for the device.
