Add MIBs for G&D KVM-Matrixswitch and PDU

Dear Support,

we need to add MIBs for new PDUs and Control Devices since the relevant data is not shown in OBS (Rev. 14478)

This devices are outstanding versatile PDU and KVM Entities with lots of information about power and state.

A sample output with a vendor MIB enabled has been attached, as well as all regarding MIBs for this devices (*.zip)
