Nokia SR-OS SAP stats (VLAN per port / subinterface for other vendors)

Hello,

We need the counters (at minimum in/out bytes, packets and drops are also a nice addition that comes trivially) for each VLAN on a port for Nokia SR-OS devices (tested SR 7750 and IXR 7250).

We have a patch that we're using (and rolling on new observium versions for 6 years already). You can find it in attachment (patch for 25.12.14521).

We would appreciate if that functionality would be included in the main Observium code.

Some remarks:

 - it uses the TIMETRA-SAP-MIB . for the last few years, the included MIB file is OK (it wasn't the base some ~4-5 years ago)

 - depending on hardware, counters are in different objects. See includes/polling/ports/timetra-sap-mib.lib.php

 - The code may be ugly and sub-optimal. I started it from the "cos queues" code.

 - one extra feature that I didn't spend much time to work on (but would be useful) is having the 95 percentile on bit/sec graph.

 - as stated before, we are running this patch/hack since about 2020.
