    Description

need to add Mtlink and BD com switches and OLT MIB files

      Attachments

        Activity

          [OBS-4997] Mtlink-BDCOM

Attached snmpdump unrelated with BDCOM mib files.

We not have any other "related" mib files for this hardware.

Without correct mib files - add support in observium impossible.

You attached snmpdump from some unknown hardware with base OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.50224

For BDCOM base OID must be .1.3.6.1.4.1.3320
(same OID you showed in switch config).

Can you show me Vendor site and link to hardware page?

Without snmpdump not possible improve/add support for any device.

Try make snmpdump as described here (by our snmpdump script):

          • full snmp dump from device:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
