poller-wrapper.py does not support MySQL encryption

    Description

      pollep-wrapper.py does not support db_ssl, db_ssl_ca and db_ssl_verify config variables unlike poller.php.

       

      The patch to implement db_ssl* in poller-wrapper.py is attached.
