    Description

      I just brought a Brother MFC-L3780CDW and it looks like Obervium is reading the device info and doesn't report any on the additional information like ram, ink, pages printed, or ethernet info.

          For those on the community edition if you set the timeout to 3 and max repetitions to 0 the unit does work.

          It's how I see your printer from snmpdump.

          Probably this is your local issue with snmp timeout.

          Try increase snmp timeout and attach device poller and discovery debug (as Bot already written).
