Regarding Web Login Issue

Dear Team,

I wanted to inform you that I successfully installed Observium Community Edition 23.9.13005 on Rocky Linux 8 by following the official documentation. Upon thorough verification, everything appears to be in order. However, when attempting to log in to the web interface, I encountered an issue indicating that user login is disabled. Interestingly, the database user table does show the creation of the user.

I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this matter. Please advise on any steps I can take to overcome this login issue.
