            [OBS-4314] Eaton UPS integration

In our datacenter, this EPPC-MIB providing NMC Card is found in PowerWalkers larger 3-phase cabinet sized UPS.

Completely different hardware with the same management card option as the PowerWalker VFI TG/Eaton 9E-IN.

Eaton 9E-IN models are rebranded/rebadged PowerWalker VFI TG series UPS. They are provided by Eaton to some limited markets - with a price premium over PowerWalker branded model.

Eaton does not currently provide MIB files in their PowerMIB suite for 9E-IN UPS models because they do not develop or manufacture these units.

            Hello,

I can't confirm the below written by nodefield because our UPS is actually Eaton

Changes in r12393 resulted in following regression:

PowerWalker UPS with PowerWalker NMC Card is identified incorrectly as Eaton hardware:

            https://powerwalker.com/product/10120517/

In our case the NMC Card is connected to PowerWalker VFI 10000 TCP 3/1 BI -model, but the card can be connected to any of the PowerWalker VI RT, VFI RT, VFI T, VFI PRT, VFI TCP, VFI TP 3/1 models.

            Edit: opened new issue OBS-4369

As I see, device already detected as EPPC UPS. Not correct Vendor, but in snmp output is no data to identify the vendor.
Output is complete same as different model for Powerwalked UPS.

I will see if there possible improve something.

            Dear Obs Team,

We are using a PAID version of Observium and somehow we are expecting faster responses from your end.

If our expectations are wrong, please let us know.
