    Description

https://jira.observium.org/browse/OBS-4114 added support for this device, but I don't see anything being populated on the web UI.

Did the wrong MIB get set? Here are some screenshots of what I can see.

      Thanks!

            Hey Mike,

I hope you have been well. I got some time back to look at this issue. As you asked, I can give you direct SNMP access to the device. Sending you an email now. Thanks!

Probably you can give SNMP access to real device for fix discovery?
If yes, write me to mail mike@observium.org

It seems device is broken or something else.
By your snmpdump there was this sensors, but in real sensors discovery it return errors.

Check manually from cli (use your correct community):

            snmpwalk -t '15' -r '3' -v2c -c <community> -Pud -m ROOMALERT3S-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/avtech 'udp':'hhrsmiotra3s01':'161' internal-tempc

and additionally check this request (snmpget instead):

            snmpget -t '15' -r '3' -v2c -c <community> -Pud -m ROOMALERT3S-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/avtech 'udp':'hhrsmiotra3s01':'161' internal-tempc.0

I disabled bulk requests, same behavior. Nothing shows up for the device. Debug log attached.debug3.out

Yah, I see device have troubles with snmp bulk requests.
I disabled it by default in r12217.
Note change in rolling updates (you use stable).

You can disable snmp bulk requests for device in device Edit page -> SNMP -> Max Repetitions
set value 0 here and rediscovery again.

I did disable some modules; they were taking 300+ seconds to complete. I just removed the device and re-added it to Observium.
Here is the new debug: debug2.out

As I see, you disabled sensors module in device edit:

Module [sensors] disabled by device setting in process [discovery].

Apologies for the late response. Here is the output. debug.out

You need attach device discovery debug:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
