      Hi, 

      I just have upgrade our Observium to Professional version and i need to use the probes option to add non snmp device.

      I followed this tutorial https://docs.observium.org/probes/ . I installed the nagios-plugins-all but unfortunately the probes interface disfunction.

      In fact when i click on the probe button in the web interface its work the first time. Then when i've finish to create my first probe i get a message who says "Probe add correctly" but i can't see any changes in my interface. When i click again on probes button to add an other probes, nothing happen the probe configuration page didn't show (#modal-add_probe).

      However if i go to my server and try to force the poller with the -m probes option i can see my probe working.

      This situation is bloquing for me because we have uprade to the professional version mostly for this option and i need to be able to add more than one probe and monitor them on the web interface

          Hi,

          I switched the date.timezone to Europe/Paris in php.ini and now it's work fine. I can create and manage my probes on the web interface.

          But anyway, this is not exactly observium issue, because you set incorrect date.timezone setting in php.ini.
          You set 'France/Paris', but correct is 'Europe/Paris'.

          Hi, 

          After adding the probe the observium bottom bar dissapeared on probes pages

          i join you the errors message that concern the probe i got on /opt/observium/logs/error_log

          error_log.txt

          does the observium bottom bar appear on probes pages? (and is there anything in the /opt/observium/logs/error_log?)

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
