Improved support fro Huawei MA5800

    Description

      We have a number of MA5800s with either EPT-4850 or EPT-4860 rectifiers with Li-Ion batteries connected to the 5800, and also some MA5800-X2 chassis with AC power and a 25Ah Li-Ion battery connected to the MPSA board.

      We'd like to get battery status, runtime, quality, SOC etc in Observium if possible.

            Seeing as r13372 added support for Huawei Embedded Power Systems, will this get looked at also?
