Not detect and read Stack Port in Stack V mode

    Description

      Hi 

      We using extreme switch x670 and X460-24p in Stack-V mode. Soft version 16.2.5.4Patch-1.30 but snmp does not read stack port utilization ( Not detecting stack port ). Can you help with this problem ? This is important information about monitoring Stack Port. On x590, x690 and x695 observium recognizing and display propertly stack port in normal mode and alternative.

          Mainly this not possible fix/improve inside Observium.

          While this is just common IF-MIB table, this ports not exist in this table for your snmpdump.
          Probably you need update firmware or write to Extreme support.

          I attached 2 file how observium detect stack port and showing at model x590,x690,x695 in soft Exos 32.x.x. Maybe old soft 16.2.5 have not included SP infomation

          Can you show me, what you mean as Stack ports on x590 and etc?
          (for identify in snmpdump).

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
