slack/rocket.chat notification issue

    Description

      Hello!

      I use Observium Professional 20.8.10645 (Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS).

      I configured simple alert check (device_status equals 0), that is sent using two contacts: Slack and e-mail. 

      Poller runs every 5 minutes, and if device is down, i can see alert notification. It works fine.

      But I'm confused by the fact that one message comes to the mail (for example at 12-00), at the same time two messages come in the rocket.chat (for example at 12-00 and 12-05). Is this normal behavior? Is it possible to fix this for one rocket.chat message?

          It seems that in version 20.9.10732 Rocket.Chat contact works correctly. Only one message comes after poller. I’ll check with other parameters

          Not sure if this help, but try with latest revision (rolling updates).
          There also added Rocket.Chat specific contacts transport.

          Mike, thank you for a quick answer. That happen on every alert triggering, running like clockwork. Only e-mail messge and two slack/rocket.chat messges (with 5 min delay the second message).
