Description
Hi,
I have two QNAP ES1640dc v2 devices, both with dual controller, for redundancy. A while back, I asked you to include this device in your supported device list, which you did.
The thing is one of the controllers is not being recognized as a QNAP, with QES OS, but as a Generic device with FreeBSD OS.
I tried deleting the device and re-add it, doing several discoveries and pollings, but nothing does the trick.
I even tried updating the fields, directly in the DB, but it gets override on the next polling.
As you can see in the attached picture, both qnap-portoa and qnap-portob refer to the same device, but one is correctly detected and the other is not.
But both qnap-lxa and qnap-lxb don't have the issue.
Thanks for your attention.
