Disabled PSU marked as alert

Hi Guys,

we have Extreme Networks ERS 3510GT-PWR+ in the fields and observium shows the non-existent redundant power supply as alert.

This comes from s5ChasComEntry.

There are two types:

s5ChasComOperState.4.11.0 = disabled

This is okay, that it's disabled, because it does not exist. But observium should not show this as alert! (or if it is not present, it don't even need to be displayed)
