Extreme ERS FDB in SPBM Mode

    Description

      There was a little error with FDB-Table polling if the Ethernet Routing Switches are in SPBM Mode.

      This was because the RAPID-CITY MIB was not used for ERS devices, just for VSP devices.

      This patch corrects this.

          Dont worry! This is just for $os_group = 'extremeavaya'; and the Extreme-Mibs were commented out. I just cleared this section in the code.

           

          The main change of this patch is enabling RAPID-CITY mib for the entire os_group and not just for extreme-vsp.

          What.. you was complete disabled all EXTREME-* mibs for all devices/oses..
