Hi,

Can you add support for HP-ICF-TRANSCEIVER-MIB?
I have attached snmpwalk of MIB on a J9777A, firmware YA.16.04.0008

Hi Mike,

Found a couple of bugs. Temperature,Current,Bias should be ignored when value = 0. Some transceivers simply do not provide this information, like DAC for example.

Also the scale for Bias is wrong, should be 0.000001 for mA

Otherwise great addition, I will drop my own "old style" implementation of this
