Custom OID couldn't get value

    Description

      Hi,

       We have two Observium nodes and running same version: 19.1.9656 (rolling). One of them couldn't get custom OID display, but another work fine.

       

       

       

      The Custom OID can be polled properly from Observium:

      Kindly help us how we could troubleshoot it? Thanks a lot!

          Ohh, but this module enabled by default.. seems as someone disabled it manually.

          Hi Mike,

           We tuned the oids setting to TRUE at setting->polling->module, and it works!  There is a little tricky because on other hosts the setting is default TRUE and works fine. Anyway it works, thanks a lot!

          Sorry for delay.
          Seems by debug entry:

          [RRD Disabled - create /opt/observium/rrd/sjc-fw07-internet/oid-.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.77.1.2.1.0-GAUGE.rrd]

          you have rrd dir permission issue (rrd can't create), try to see rrd dir permissions:

          ls -l /opt/observium/rrd | grep sjc-fw07-internet
