        Hello,

I'm also interested in Sonus devices support in Observium. Attaching the MIB files and link to documentation:

        Need full snmp walk as:

        snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
        snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

and device and/or vendor specific MIB files.

        Regards,

        Ok good to know.

Our ports stuff is basically whatever the device populates into ifTable. Lots of vendors like putting this sort of stuff in there. It's not us doing anything special

        I understand

What I can see now the sip and pri trunks are discovered like ports.

Please do what you can I will dig into the mibs and see what I get with the custom OID

        Thank you

It seems there's a lot of data in there about the status of what looks like SIP links or something similar. Adding support for these would be pretty complex at present, so might well not really be worth it. If there are specific things you want to collect, pulling the OID out of the device and using the Custom OID feature might be workable.

I can add support for the sensors and some status indicators alongside the detection and hardware/version strings, though.

We use them for sip trunks and call routing.

I would like to monitor the trunks. and call metrics if they are any.

How many calls are on each trunk and so on.

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of generically collectable data.

Do you know what sort of things on these devices would be useful?
