    Description

      Hi,

we have now updated our Liebert HPC Chillers with monitoring cards which we can read via snmp.
The problem is, observium can not handle the input and there are dozens of custom OIDs wich had to be mapped for several devices and I don't know what to do.

I got two lists of the OIDs and the corresponding texts for the OIDs.
One list for Parameters and one for Events. I attched them.

Is there a way to implement all those parameters?

[OBS-2778] Feature Request: Support MIB for Liebert HPC Chiller

          Hi,

well we're at r9540 now  but I don't notice any difference.

Maybe I have to rediscover, but that should be done with the cron anyway...

Some additional sensors are added in r9515.

Oh ignore that, I see what's going on now.

The sensors should be doable, but i'm not sure about the statuses yet. They might be hard to deal with because of different status mappings.

Hmm, I see. This stuff isn't something we can handle at present.

Why aren't these formalised into tables? Will other devices have the same layout as yours?

          Yes! That one worked

          snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c <community> -ObentU <ip> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> liebert_chiller_ent.walk

          Try that

This is actually the part of the walk with the useful stuff in nit, the stuff in their own MIB.

          Hi Adam,

          thanks for your reply!
Unfortunately the enterprise walks did not run "enterprises: Unknown Object Identifier (Sub-id not found: (top) -> enterprises)"

The other walks are attached, one per chiller in case there might be any difference.

Greetings and thanks for your work!

Can you provide the output of :

          snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c <community> -ObentU <ip> >> liebert_chiller.walk

          and

          snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c <community> -ObentU <ip> enterprises >> liebert_chiller_ent.walk

          Thanks!
