IPv4 /32 and /31 removed from interface

    Description

      During the upgrade process to latest rolling I noticed that IPv4 networks that have size of /31 and /32 on the tagged VLAN Bundle-Ether got deleted.

      This happened to some more devices: Brocade with simple network interface lost all /31 Ipv4 network information and on routed vlan interfaces too. Extreme lost all /32 networks on rtif() and Cisco lost all IPv4 information on Loopback interfaces.
