[OBS-2708] Juniper shows change at tmpfs at every poll - Observium

When polling Juniper (EX-series (EX 3400-48T)) the tmpfs keeps 'changing' every poll while it is still the same. This keeps filling up the event log.

Event:

tmpfs, mounted on: /.mount/tmp Storage size changed: 1.01GB -> 1.01GB (tmpfs, mounted on: /.mount/tmp)

This is vendor issue I think, but I just added ignore this mount point in r9319.
