    Description

      Dear Observium Team.

At the moment of adding a new device, Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition, unfortunately, Observium was not able to assign the real MIB to this device thus, Observium assigned a generic one. Is there any chance of Observium developers team include the MIB for this device? The Sophos UTM is already included, but that doesn't happen to Sophos XG Firewall.

      Thanks for attention and support

That because I still not get access to any XG device or as minimum snmp dump requested as written before:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

I see that the MIB is in my installation (19.8.10000) but my XG310 still comes up as an unknown device and is not using the correct MIBs it seems like. If any further information is needed please let me know

Can you provide temporary SNMP access to this devices?
(if possible, write privately to mike@observium.org, my devel IP: 77.222.50.30).

If access not possible, as minimum require full snmp dump:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk
