Ricoh MP C4000 showing unknown values

    Description

      Hello,

      Our Ricoh MP C4000 is showing -3 values for the toner and toner waste. This was supposedly fixed in r7764 but we still have a problem in r8118.

            Recently installed Observium Community Edition 0.16.10.8128 on a clean machine and still similar issue exists with Canon iR-ADV C5255i - Waste Toner shows -2 all the time regardless of device service menu (I always reset counter after wastebox replacement). Other toners show just fine.

            I was running './discovery.php -h none' as I was doing before. I ran the '-u' but it just told me my database was up to date. I am including my poller debug output. I have tried re-adding the printer but the problem still persists. Is there supposed to be a Ricoh MIB or specific OID's in a script?

            Seems as you complete not do DB schema update after upgrade:

            ./discovery.php -u

            All printers parts complete rewritten from old code.
