Enable mail alert when UPS switch to battery

    Description

      An option to send an alert email when the UPS goes on battery should be really useful.

      We only receive alerts when the devices behind the UPS all goes down then the battery is depleted (so too late...)

          Use Icinga or Nagios. You can't currently rely on Observium to generate alerts.

          Observium is not an /alerting/ application. We're not currently accepting tickets related to new alerts until we've actually built a proper alerting framework.
