OS definitions - Improvements and additions

Some small improvements and additions in OS definitions;
*Added remote access 'http' to os_group printer.

• Add detection for blackbox servsensor devices.
  *New os_group 'ups', which set remote access 'http'. Using this group is;
  deltaups, liebert (more can be added, but only added devices I could test).
• New os_group 'environment', which set remote access 'http' , and blacklist some mibs these devices will never use. Using this group is; servsensor (more can be added, but only added devices I could test).
• Added useful default graphs to multiple os
• Added remote access 'http' for drac and apc os
• Blacklisted some mibs for os 'hpstorage'

• Poll hardware and serial from hpstorage os
• Fix for swapped DisplayName/Desction in powerconnect-radlan os
