mac-accounting broken since 028.sql

Since the 028.sql update, where the mac_accounting table is split into mac_accounting and mac_accounting-state, cisco-mac-accounting doesn't (seem to) work anymore. The SQL statements in includes/polling/cisco-mac-accounting.inc.php are not adjusted to reflect the new -state table, so no processing is done.
