App creates default Memcached without port that does not correlate with an instance

A default Memcached instance is created by the poller (i believe) which does not correlate with an actual instance as reported by the memcached script via the agent.

So the agent on a new device reports this...

accepting_conns:1
auth_cmds:0
auth_errors:0

but i end up with two Memcached apps in the web interface. One that is "Memcached:11211" with data and another that is "Memcached" that has no data.
