Small fixes + OS definitions changes

    Description

      Fixes/Changes in this patch:

      Escape more output in devices page
      Change more $_GET/$_POST to $vars (in billing)
      Add os definition for sensatronics devices
      Put drac OS in management type (like hpilo)
      Add current/voltage to liebert os
      Add MIB to palo alto (panos) definition
      Added mib blacklist for entity and lsi-megaraid on DSM os
      Added unix group to opengear os (detects processor)
      Change type from network to management on opengear os
      Moved panos sessions graph from polling/os to polling/graph
      In fabos polling, fetch hardware & serial from entPhysical
      In powerconnect-radlan polling get hardware using productIdentificationDescription

          Image; Yes, but did not find a decent logo and making it another size would make it uglier
          FabOS: I think it will I re added a device and it returns the same.
          RADLAN: I can't speak for all radlan devices, but atleast for the Dell 5448 the hardware is in the description field. All DisplayName is returing is "Dell Ethernet Switch". Will see if I can dig up another radlan devices to verify.

          I also see that pan-common-mib graph file is missing.

          Similarly the switch to using description instead of displayname for radlan doesnt' seem to be helpful, but rather obscures the model name of the device you bought, in favour of the model name that the oem called it.

          Images should be 32x32 or 48x32 if they aren't too "tall" (i.e., contain as much "colour" as a 32x32 image).
