    Description

      Hi,

Since we deployed we have issue with the "last_polled" from devices. We need to update this manually using UPDATE devices set last_polled=NOW(); to remove messages as "this devices has not been polled" and it doesn't provide a uptime / downtime information. It also breaks down alerting and might even infect billing module.

      Please advice. Thanks.

You have fully read the installation instructions?
          http://www.observium.org/wiki/RHEL_Installation#Database

In CentOS you should disable mysql strict mode:
          https://www.google.ru/search?q=centos+mysql+strict

Anyway this not bug in observium, but perhaps some trouble with your mysql/centos.
