No access to certain pages

I did an install of Observerium on a just installed Debian virtual machine, and followed exactly every step of the installation manual. It seems to work, but some pages do not appear in the menu system, and are not accessible trough the URL as well. I started from scratch and tried it again in order to check if I did something wrong, but I got the same result.
