Description

Collectd v5 has re-arranged a lot off rrds:

https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/V4_to_v5_migration_guide#Migrating_existing_RRD_files

This breaks a large number of collectd graphs in Obervium. This provides an alternative set of definitions for collect-5.x users.

Let me know if an alternative approach is preferred and I will try to produce something suitable.
