[OBS-740] collectd v5 support - Observium

Collectd v5 has re-arranged a lot off rrds:

This breaks a large number of collectd graphs in Obervium. This provides an alternative set of definitions for collect-5.x users.

Let me know if an alternative approach is preferred and I will try to produce something suitable.

Yes as of 23.3.12613 the collectd integration still works at least with collectd versions before 5.
