Can not gathering information from multiprocessors server

    Description

      Observium can not collect information about CPU usage. Server has 4 CPU Observium collest information in graph Detail Processors but in Overview don`t show anything

          alternatively, snmpd.conf has restrictive settings. either way, this isn't a bug of ours, we've been polling multiprocessor servers since day 1.
