Cosmetic change on billing quick view

When you select the quick view of a bill, you have a summary page with the bill summary, bill information and an agregated graph, but only for the current billing period.
When you select the "Previous billing view" on the graph, you have the graph from the past billing period, but with the "Bill Information" still indicating the current billing period, which is confusing.

Is it possible to have a quick view page with the summary and the graph of the previous bill ?
