New Lenovo SR630 V4 servers detected as Linux in Observium

Hello,

I have recently added several Lenovo ThinkSystem SR630 V4 servers to Observium. These servers are monitored through Lenovo XClarity Controller (XCC3).

The issue is that Observium identifies the newly added devices as Linux instead of recognizing them as Lenovo/XCC devices. We already have other Lenovo servers in the environment that are being detected and monitored correctly.

To assist with troubleshooting, I am attaching:

• the Lenovo XCC MIB files,
• SNMP walk output collected from the affected devices.

Could you please check:

• whether the devices are being matched against the correct device definition,
• whether support for the XCC3 platform used in the SR630 V4 is available and up to date,
• whether any additional MIBs or discovery definitions are required for proper identification.
