fs.com FMT-Chassis not detected

    Description

      We have a new fs.com FMT-Chassis with an 10G OEO Card.

      Observium r14886 does not detect the Chassis. The sysDescr is not GLCY SNMP anymore but some Version Linux. (I think it will vary by installed Firmware Version). The snmpd-Daemon seems to be a net-snmpd now.

      Additionally the OEO-Card is not simply "OEO" anymore but "OEO10GSFP". There is a 25G-Version of it, but i currently do not have access to it.

      I've attached a patch that removes the "GLCY SNMP" match on sysDescr but only requires OAP-NMU::softwareVersion.0 to be non-empty. Additionally, the OEO-Card is checked for both OEO and OEO10GSFP.

      With the patch, both our (old and new) FMT-Chassis and OEO-Cards are recognized.
