          What I did to fix was remove the clocks from observium (including rrd files) and re-added.
          Everything looks 5x5 now.

          Could you take a look at the rrd directory of the devices and see if the files are named app-ntpd-client-X.rrd of app-ntpd-server-X.rrd (where X is the application id). If both types exists, try to remove the client rrd files (backup first ), if only the client rrd files exists try to rename them to server.

          This problem seems to be caused by the backwards compatibility off the old snmp method, and the fact that when the poller is first run and the stratum is above 16 it is marked as a client instead of a server and not grabbing all the data.

          Strange, those graphs work on my production and development servers, do you have debug info?
