Inconsistency in "Ignored Ports" count between Global Summary and Ports List

There is a discrepancy in how the "Ignored" ports count is displayed in the global status summary block (front page) compared to the actual filtered list of ports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the main Dashboard.

1. Observe the "Ports" row in the status summary widget.

1. Note the value in the "Ignored (Dev)" column (currently showing 0).

1. Navigate to the Ports page with the ignore filter active: /ports/ignore=1/ (or click through if the link is active).
