Better hardware detection for Nokia SROS devices

Hi Observium team,

I was wondering if we can have a better hardware detection for Nokia SROS devices on Observium.

Today, when a Nokia SROS device is added to Observium, its hardware platform is just its Nokia platform family (e.g. "7250 IXR" or "7750 SR") while it could in fact be much more precise with the real hardware platform (e.g. "7250 IXR-e2" or "7750 SR-1x-48D").

The values for this are already available within the MIBs (https://mibs.observium.org/mib/TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB/). 

If you do a request on a Nokia SROS device (SR or IXR) with the specific OID "1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.2.1.3.1.4.1", it answers with an ID.

This ID corresponds to the last part of the OID "1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.2.1.6.1.2.[ID]" and if you do the request with it, it will answer with a STRING which indicates the chassis type of the device.

If you do the request without the ID (=> 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.2.1.6.1.2), you will get a list for this family of devices.
