duplicates of alert messages in zulip (slack)

Hello!

We're using zulip as team messenger. It provides slack-compatible integration.

Also we're using telegram for alerts too.

Telegram alerts are delivered 1 time, as expected. But zulip alerts are sent 3 times at the moment (recovers also 3 times).

All other slack-compatible integrations works fine in zulip.

PS Before last updates alerts where delivered only 2 times per once, after last update they are sent 3 times.

Were using commercial latest.
