Port permissions / entries not populating

Hello,

I am having an issue where the ports are not populating under Traffic Accounting nor when trying to assign a user to be able to view their respective ports under Port Permissions.

See attached screenshots.  Nothing is populating in the drop down menu at all or when trying to search for specific entries.
