New device Zyxel RGS200-12P Switch

Hello Observium community,

we would like to see the  Zyxel RGS200-12P Switch added to Observium.

Things needed are, for example, temperature sensors, CPU, RAM and disk space. 

Both required SNMP Walks, and the vendor-specific MIB file has been added to this request.
