    Description

      Hello,

       

      We are an ISP based out of North Texas and have integration with Ribbon Optical, parent company Neptune. 

       

      They handle aggregation routers and DWDM transport. We are only integrated with the standard IP Optical transport, or Neptune side of the platform. most systems are handling 100-400G Transport with 10/1 G port options as well. 

       

      Im unsure if anyone has already requested this vendor support or not yet, however, wanted to start the chain if I happen to be the first!

          Mike,

           

          Ribbon is notoriously difficult to work with in some fashion, hence why we are trying to get complete integration into Observium. Which has been so far super helpful, even as a "generic" device. 

           

          Currently have requests for the MIB files for the Neptune line processing from the Vendor's. Will update soon. 

           

          I tried the snmpdump but was unsuccessful, inquiring with the vendors on this as well. Should have an update soon.

          You must attach snmpdump and MIB files, related with this hardware.
