Add more user action events to eventlog

    Description

      Some event performed on the web interface by users are not logged in the eventlog currently.

      The following events would be very useful to log along with the username;

      • ignore until ok
      • ignore until <date>
      • device settings change (description, type, device ignore, device disable, ...)

      Priority would be to log actions that can be performed by non-admin users.

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            		 
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
