[OBS-4981] How to make configuration per device group

there isn't an actual problem with snmp getting info nor discovery nor poller

I am trying to do configuration for several devices at once instead of changing manually each one of them

I can't use "os" ['mib_blacklist'][] beacuse there are different groups with the same os

Please make and attach additional information about the device:

          • full snmp dump from device:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
