not able to see any option to associate devices on Custom OID

    Description

      Hi Team,

       

      I have added a custom OID of CRC error which i want to monitor.

      but i am not able to add or see any option to add a device on Custom OID or Associate Cutomer OID to any device.

       

      As per document i have check both option to add or associate device on Custom OID but i did not see any option for that. Please find snaphot for your reference

       

      Kindly help me on this

          For this OID (.1..3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.2.1.1.2.45) device return error:

          For select specific devices you need disable autodiscovery in Custom OID Edit.

          With current settings it's should be auto discovered for device(s).

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
