      Good Afternoon last week one of my team members upgraded our Observium community edition to Premium. After our graphs seem to no longer work. I was wondering if we could get on a webex call to fix the issue as I'm not to familiar with Linux or maybe there is a detailed KB on how to fix the issue.

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
